TL;DL (Too long, didn’t listen)
Hey y’all 👋🏼
Today’s episode is a little different—I’m doing something inspired by Simone Grace Seoul—a business strategist I really admire. She encourages us to pick one offer, one core message, and really bring it to life for our audience for three days in a row. Not by selling aggressively, but by sharing honestly—what this offer means to me, how it came to be, and who it’s for.
So today, I want to talk about the **One-Month Support**🤗🤗 container. Because this time last year, it didn’t even exist. And now, it’s the most holistic, soul-rooted offer I’ve ever created.
The why / origin story
A year ago, I was fresh out of a business coaching program and still figuring out what my services were—what shape they wanted to take. I had the tools, the passion, the desire to serve—but not the clarity yet.
And like so many things in my life, this offer was born through relationship. A college friend reached out. We’d both been in an embodied leadership retreat together back in the day—she had seen me in my layers, my rawness, my becoming. And she trusted me.
She needed support with her career direction. But not just a resume edit or a LinkedIn cleanup—she needed **witnessing**. She needed someone who could see the emotional and practical pieces of where she was stuck, and walk with her.
So I said: let’s try something. Let’s work together for a month. I’ll help you with the tangible stuff—resumes, job search, portfolio if needed. But I’ll also hold space for the emotional, the spiritual, the psychological—because that’s what career transitions *really* are.
That’s how this offer was born. 🥳🥳
What’s included
So here’s what the **One-Month Support** offer looks like now:
We start with a 60-minute session at the beginning of the month. We talk. We get clear. You vent if you need to. You bring your questions. I bring my listening and strategy.
Then, we co-create whatever’s needed: a new resume, a couple versions if you’re in multiple industries, a reworked LinkedIn profile, a starter portfolio, or even the foundation of a soulful business.
You also get access to a shared doc where I add links, templates, voice notes, and direction—all yours to keep.
Throughout the month, you can email me anytime. I respond with grounded feedback, questions, or clarity.
We wrap with another 60-minute session to integrate and look ahead.
You walk away with tangible tools *and* emotional clarity. And I walk away so grateful to do work that actually honors the full human.
Why it matters to me
Because I don’t believe in career as just a list of tasks or a title or a shiny resume.
I believe in career as **identity**, as healing, as reclamation.
As a first-gen daughter of immigrants, I’ve lived the reality of code-switching, of having access but not always safety, of navigating white-dominant workspaces with nuance no one trained me for.
So when I offer this support—it’s not surface-level. It’s not corporate fluff. It’s real. It’s lived. It’s felt.
And I want that for my people.
Not just success. **Sustainability. Sovereignty. Self-trust.**
So if you—or someone you know—is in a career or business transition and doesn’t want to do it alone…
If you need someone who can help you clarify next steps *without rushing you*,
Who can hold space for your emotions *and* give you strategy you can use…
**This offer is open again.**
You’ll find the link here in the show notes.
Spots are limited, because I only hold a few of these each month. And I like it that way—it lets me be fully present.
Thank you for listening.
Thank you for letting me share.
Tomorrow, I’ll be sharing more—maybe live, maybe on IG—but for today, this is my offering.
Want more? Listen to the full 12-min episode or read the full transcript for more juicy details😊
No pressure. Just presence.
Until next time (tomorrow, if you’re following along on this 3-part, 3-day mini truth or day journey with me, I’m Raquel—and this is A Day in the Life.
P.S. Can you believe this was only 7 weeks ago?! Creating space for ourselves in the midst of uncertainty, chaos, and disruption is essential, not optional.
